Colorado Capitol through the Columns Size:18"x24" In the past five years

In the past five years I have explored many places around Denver and the western United States as part of this project

This afternoon I decided to walk around this area to capture some images of the trees near the Colorado Convention Center

however the clouds to the east prevented the moonrise from being visible at my location

It is not uncommon to see snow in the spring around Denver even going into May

Colorado Capitol through the Columns Size:18"x24" In the past five yearsOne of my favorite perspectives of the Colorado State Capitol is from Civic Center Park. It is possible to frame the building through the columns within the park which to me blends in the common architecture style of both of the buildings. The look from this location can differ depending on the time of year as well as the weather so it is always a view I check when walking through the park.
