The vineyard is . 49 acres, north west facing slopes of ancient fractured sandstones and is farmed organically. Average yearly production is about 80 cases. The Viognier is entirely fermented and aged in Italian terracotta amphorae, so it never sees oak or stainless steel. The amphorae are hand made in Tuscany by the Manetti family using the same clay pits
