The band of the ring features a small center divot and there are small cut out details underneath the stones settings

This piece is stamped in the back that it is sterling and signed by "JS". I believe this piece is Navajo but not absolutely certain! Measures 3" x 2. 5" The blue lapis stone measures 20MM x 6MM Green stones measure 5MM x 4MM
