The area around the bridge has changed significantly over the past couple of years

The building is open to the public and features a large 3D map of Iceland which you can view in the lower level of the building

I zoomed in on this waterfall to capture the detail of the waterfall and then slightly moved the camera a little bit during the long exposure

Putting my ice cream down on a warm February day I captured the lines of the water coming on the beach

Sunset in Greenland Presentation:Matted The area around the bridgeFrom the back of the M V Ocean Nova I watched the sunset as we sailed south through the a fjord in the Northeast Greenland National Park. The layers of the rocks and water itself helped ground the image to provide a sense of place with the orange sky during dusk which also lit up the only clouds I saw on this day. While this was in early September, it would only be a couple of months until this area is frozen over with sea ice for the winter.
