We are unsure of the nature of the translucent gemstone, but it has a cushion like cut with square facets along the face that looks absolutely brilliant in the light. The silver band has embossed designs and raises up around the sides of the stone to hold it in place. The stone's setting also features cute cut out details. Stamped 925 on the inner band and in good vintage condition
