Released sporadically throughout the year, just as soon as we deem the barrels ripe for the picking, these beers will be one off creations never to be replicated again. No. 8 is a blended sour ale aged in second use tequila barrels for 1 to 3 years. Before packaging, the blend spent time on a mix of red and black currants.
