This area was once home to the Lowry Air Force Base and over the past fifteen years it has been redeveloped into a new neighborhood

The water would come up to and past the rock and then recede back to the ocean

I spent a couple of afternoons photographing in this area

For this photograph I wanted to get a perspective not normally obtained and searched for some snow across the street in Civic Center Park

Abstract Flower Building This area was once homeThere is something to be said about the magnitude of the Butchart Gardens in Victoria, Canada. A few years ago I visited the gardens and it is one of those places you can spend all day with your camera. After a while I focused my efforts on using a macro lens in the rose gardens and looking for interesting elements in the flowers themselves which is the above image.
