Mauretania 1939. the medallion was made of metal from the much loved first Mauretania of 1906 to 1935. the medallion retains a good level of gilding, the original red white and blue ribbon and the original fixing pin. mounted in a simple glazed frame. medallion diameter 33mm the all new Mauretania sailed on her maiden voyage from Liverpool to New York on 17 June 1939
