Bookkisa, Espresso - Ethiopia Size:1kg they cultivate a diverse rangeThis lot comes from Sookoo Coffee, founded by Ture Waji and his brother Assefa, in Ethiopias celebrated Guji Zone. Working closely with smallholder farmers across the surrounding kebeles, Sookoo Coffee produces both natural and washed coffees, with each lot named after the community it originates from, a reflection of place and provenance in every cup. The cherries are primarily the varieties Gibirinna 74110 and Serto 74112, selections released by the
