The middle bead is faceted, all others shiny and smooth rounds. They are wrapped with amazingly sturdy golden brass wire. The size of the beads varies from 6mm to 12mm. The ring "base" is a tough & smooth double chain*, unused vintage from the 1970s. Ring size is determined by the length of the chain so I can adjust it
