EPC Champagne Brut NV (750ml) Size:750ml On the palateEPC is a collaborative project based in pernay, working closely with growers across the region to create blends that are precise and easy to enjoy. This Brut leans into that idea. Its approachable, but still has real structure behind it. The blend is led by 50% Meunier, supported by 33% Chardonnay and 17% Pinot Noir, giving it both softness and lift. Its built from 52% 2020 vintage fruit with 48% reserve wines, adding depth and consistency from year
