Desert Rose Kimono Color:Blue  This kimono features an asymmetrical multi-embroidery techniqueThis one of a kind kimono is made from a vintage chirimen silk crepe kimono featuring a hand painted landscape. This houmongi style kimono was considered semi formal. I have taken inspiration from the colors of the original hand painting and embellished the front with hand painted mosaic style sequins sewn in a rose pattern.I have also added in seam pockets and a new silk lining.
