It is an unspun 2ply pencil roving that is certified organic and fair trade. The Manchelopi is made with a double knit in approx 100gr plates or cheeses. Approximately double knit weave would be 230m approx 100gr and a single knit 460m approx 100gr (for the single ply, you will need to split the plies of the Manchelopi.
