FLORA WATERSIDE Size:5 22% spandexSIZE GUIDE AND OTHER PRODUCT DETAILS Textile Origin Story: The peacock feather is clipped from a painting called "Flora." I painted it in 1996! I was renting a studio in Adams Morgan with a friend (Jackie of the Jackie textile). I was part of a group during my DC days called A. C. E (Artists Collective Endeavors).
