He is a great Sanskrit Scholar and a reputed poet and was also the former Chief Minister of Orissa. The present work constitutes the collection of literary articles in Sanskrit written by Prajnana Vacaspati J. B. Patnaik, and the Speeches he has delivered on different occasions. The book contains all 18 articles and 4 speeches delivered by him.
