Northern Monk x Hogans Wild 006 Region_France The Chimay Grande Réserve EditionNorthern Wild 006 is an experimental collaboration release with Hogans Cider that saw us co ferment Hogans apple juice with our own Northern Monk wort before aging. The result is a unique beer cider hybrid made using wild yeast from apples and Brett Bruxellensis.
