Grapes: 100% Muscat Petit Grains, 30 year old vines on clay limestone soils around the village of Barnave in the Drome department. The village is in the foothills of the Southern Alps and the vines are at 600m (almost 2000 feet). Vinification: Pressed by basket press into fiberglass tanks without any maceration. Once fermentations complete, the wine rests for nine months
