I'd been out all night photographing, this was the last shot of the night (probably somewhere around 3am) and as I crossed the bridge of the Chicago River, driving south i saw this view in the moonlight! I knew I had to stop, so I put my hazard lights on, pulled onto the shoulder on the bridge, stepped out into the sub zero windy temperatures, set all the gear up, got the shot
