The first is a 5 year old Guyanese rum while the second, also 5 years old, comes from Barbados. The respective aging takes place in oak barrels, in the tropics. The blend then benefits from a year of refining in ex Pedro Ximnez barrels. This maturation is carried out within the Williams & Humbert bodega, located in Jerez, in Andalusia, in the south of Spain.
