Fria is their Vermentino di Gallura DOCG, Sardinia's only DOCG appellation. High planting density and low yields (50 q ha) concentrate flavour; native yeast fermentation and minimal cellar intervention give a fresh, saline, aromatic white shaped by the constant maestrale
