La Bascule "Bottum Up" Red 2022 Wine variety:Red we found ourselves in NapaGrenache and Mourvdre grapes are hand harvested and undergo a brief maceration with the skins, and fermented whole cluster with ambient yeasts in fiberglass tanks. The wine is raised over the winter in neutral oak, and it is neither fined nor filtered. A fresh, snappy and wildly refreshing red to be served with a slight chill.
