JAY TOBIN Art Services:Commissions Studio Location: Malden BridgeArtist Bio I was born and raised in Pittsfield in 1949. I attended local schools and Berkshire Community College. After BCC I was accepted into the art program at Southeastern Mass University. I left Southeastern after a year for lack of funds. I joined the U. S. Naval Reserve and went on active duty. Discharged from active duty I worked various construction jobs before joining Pittsfield Fire Department. The working schedule allowed me time to
