It has a great stripe pattern and a wonderful oversized collar

This dress is see-through so a slip must be worn underneath

It is a one size fits all type design as it is meant to be worn at an angle, slightly onto the forehead. This hat came from outside Berlin. It is in overall good condition, but it does show a little bit of wear. There is some discoloration around the headband inside.
