Both parents sit in the striped orange yellow end of the Masdevallia colour range, and the cross delivers on that: clean, bold magenta stripes over a golden orange ground, carried on a plant that produces flowers in numbers that are unusual for the genus. 'Hunky' was selected for its vigour and floriferousness it
