The skirt is fairly full and gives the feel of a fuller skirt with it's gently widening A-line silhouette

Lined in a white silky rayon and closes with snaps The pleather inside the logo shows cracking  and the fabric under each arm is slightly grubby

Through the hips and waist its a solid black so very slimming

There are no markings that I can find on this bag but it very well may be a very early Whiting and Davis piece
