simply slipping over the head with an attached tie at the neck above the V at the neck

The skirt is very full and cut on the bias so it actually skims over the hips and then flares out to all that wonderful fullness

The lower two are flapped hip pockets but the ones above are just wonderful - 4 little rounded top set pockets all on an angle
