Immaculate condition! the waist has a stretchy elastic lining and is 30 inches! length: 26 inches I would wear this with a dark brown sweater tucked in the front with a belt, either baggy or tight fitting. Or a dark brown turtle neck tucked in with a bolo tie! Xx
