It is certainly one of the most dramatic dresses I have seen and yet it still has a soft and sexy element to it. It is done in a beautiful deep burgundy chiffon. The standout element is of course the sleeves each is a ends in a long and dramatic circle of fabric that flows almost to the ground giving the dress a ethereal feel. They are each a
