The yoke and body of the cardigan is knit flat (back and forth) whereas the sleeves are knit in the round. I have chosen to raise the neckline using short rows to ensure a good fit. I use the German Short Rows technique for this. The puff around the sleeves are created by knitting extra increases along the shoulder
